Must have Skills : Workday US Time Tracking Good to Have Skills : Workday US Absence Management Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : As a Subject Matter Expert - SME, responsible for Workday US Time Tracking delivery and configuration. Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday US Time Tracking implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement. Technical Experience : Led atleast 1 or 2 end to end full platform implementation projects.Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking and Workday US Absence Management. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday US Time Tracking is mandatory. Professional Attributes : Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking. Educational Qualification: Mandatory experience in the primary skill.
