Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and driving technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their challenges and opportunities, facilitating discussions that lead to actionable insights, and guiding organizations through their transformation journeys. You will play a crucial role in helping clients adapt to changing market conditions and improve their competitive edge through innovative solutions and strategic thinking. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and enterprise resource planning systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
