Project Role Description : Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve overseeing and coordinating project tasks to ensure successful delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and software. - Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial management in project control services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
