Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet the project's objectives. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project's progress. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of API development and integration. - Experience with designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions. - Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services. - Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
