Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead current state assessments to identify high level customer requirements. - Define business solutions and structures to realize opportunities. - Develop business case to achieve the vision. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Acting as a Senior Business Analyst for RPA technology in the Banking domain - Working closely with clients to identify automation opportunities and preparing Initial Assessments IA - Functional evaluation of the manual process (core banking processes) to check if it can be automated automation tools - Providing realistic Cost-Benefits analysis after initial assessments - Conducting workshops with business users to understand AS-IS process and further for doing Requirement Gathering, documenting PDD, seeking requirement sign offs. - Preparing test scenarios, conduct UAT and live proving , seek UAT and live proving sign off. - Liasson between business and technical teams other stakeholders during entire delivery phase. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Core Banking. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation, Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain - 3 years of experience in supporting or developing RPA Solutions - In-depth knowledge and exposure of RPA and any other process automation tool - Experience throughout the entire RPA project lifecycle - Requirements gathering and creating the process definitions, Test scenario creation and conducting UAT Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
