Summary: As a MuleSoft Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of integration developers, overseeing the design and implementation of MuleSoft solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of integration projects, aligning with business objectives and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Need 7+ years of experience • Proven experience leading teams and managing /solutioning projects. • Experience in designing and building integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including APIs, flows, and connectors. • Strong knowledge of API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager. • Proficient in developing and managing APIs, implementing security and performance policies, and monitoring API performance. • Familiarity with integration patterns, API management, and data transformation. • Strong experience in documenting integration processes and providing technical support and troubleshooting skills and ability to support operational needs. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CICD are also required. • Strong knowledge of deployment strategies to platform. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Experience with API development and integration using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of RESTful web services and JSON. - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft connectors and transformations. - Knowledge of MuleSoft deployment and monitoring strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
