Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and implement application features based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications. - Collaborate with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications based on business requirements. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
