Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and process flows. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in. - Work closely with developers and testers to ensure that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements. - Provide support during the testing and implementation phases of projects. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Ability to elicit and document requirements from stakeholders. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software. - Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
