Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients in Bengaluru. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement - Ensure project deadlines are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - Strong understanding of ETL processes - Experience in data integration and data warehousing - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL - Hands-on experience in performance tuning of ETL processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
