Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Educational Qualification : a:BE MTech in Chemical Engineering
Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have Skills : Downstream Manufacturing Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Configuration of Mass Energy Balance model in Belsim Vali Aspen AORA software.Conduct workshops to model design, data gathering and redundancy analysis In.tegration of Mass Energy Balance Application with other MES applications like: Refinery planning Scheduling, LIMS, Historian, SAP etc.Design of Process flow sheet for model, develop graphics for all units Calculate fuel and loss for whole refinery.Review Software Configuration, Report Interface Development Prepare Training Technical Experience : a:Knowledge of refinery Operations, refinery Configuration and business Process b:Hands on experience in Mass Energy Balance using Belsim Vali or Aspen AORA model building, subsequent model testing, Analysis Configuration etc c:Historian Applications : IP21, OSI Soft PI and Honeywell PHD d:Manufacturing Execution System MES e:Operations Management KPI Mass and Energy Balance f:Refinery Operations HSE EHS and Process Automation Professional Attributes : a:Excellent proactive organizational skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines b:Track record of devising and executing innovative marketing campaigns c:Team management skills, leadership qualities d:Persuasive communicator and assertive networker who builds relationships with both internal Educational Qualification: a:BE MTech in Chemical Engineering Additional Information :
