Must have Skills : Spring Boot, Java Enterprise Edition Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Lead cross functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Ensure timely delivery of high quality software assets that meet or exceed customer expectations. Technical Experience : •\t3 to 5 years of experience in production support roles.\n•\tProficiency in Java Spring Boot and related technologies.\n•\tHands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.\n•\tStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex issues in production environments.\n•\tExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.\n•\tKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Professional Attributes : •\tProvide day-to-day support for production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.\n•\tCollaborate with development teams, product owners, and interfacing systems to understand application functionality and provide technical assistance. Educational Qualification: •\tBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Additional Information : AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Engineer preferred.
