In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsibility. This position requires guiding teams to ensure AI projects adhere to established ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations. The role includes fostering collaboration across various departments to promote the adoption of responsible AI practices. Additionally, the individual leads efforts to design and deploy solutions that reflect the organization's commitment to ethical AI, while continuously advocating for transparency and accountability in AI technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles within the organization.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of ethical AI practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure AI projects align with both business goals and ethical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse groups.
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks associated with AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ethical implications of AI deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
