Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role includes setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of systems. The position requires collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency, focusing on building robust environments that support container orchestration and cloud technologies. The workday is dynamic, balancing hands-on technical tasks with strategic planning to improve development and deployment cycles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Document processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members in understanding and adopting DevOps practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices in development and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
