Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting various projects within the Technology Delivery Centers by closely tracking and managing activities related to the project management office. The role requires proactive monitoring and management of project deliverables, ensuring that progress is consistently reported and aligned with project goals. This position demands a vigilant approach to overseeing project execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks, while adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Resource Onboarding

2. CDP, RAS & Distribution List Access Management

3. Laptop Procurement & Asset Management (VIA Accenture ARIBA TOOL)

5. Airbus laptop Imaging Process Coordination
-Coordinate end-to-end Airbus laptop Imaging Process including(Hand overing the project team assets to Airbus office and collect it back post readiness)

6. Staffing & RRD Management
-Identify available resources from the availability pool and ROV list based on role, skill, level, and location share profiles with Leads and track locking feedback.

7. Offboarding & Asset Decommission Management

8. Asset Damage Tracking & Resolution
-Log and track in-use asset damage cases in coordination with the Asset Team and Vendor maintain historical records in the designated tracker.
-Obtain vendor quotations for part replacement, raise PR for procurement, and coordinate with the Asset Team for repair and status update.


9. General Resource Management & Stakeholder Support
-Serve as the point of contact for 200+ resources across portals for queries related to incidents, access issues, and asset concerns.
-Manage ad-hoc trackers including RTO compliance, Surveys, and other program-specific requirements.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services

-Strong end-to-end process management and stakeholder coordination skills.
-Hands-on experience with procurement and logistics tools such as ARIBA, ServiceNow (RITM/PR workflows), or equivalent platforms.
-Proficiency in maintaining trackers and resource registers across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
-Ability to manage and priorities multiple concurrent workstreams with strict timelines and audit obligations.
-Communication & Stakeholder Management
-Excellent written communication skills for formal mails, audit trails, and stakeholder updates.
-Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams — Logistics, IT, Asset, Onshore/Offshore Leads, Procurement, and Vendor teams.
-Proactive follow-up and escalation management to prevent process delays.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
-Preferred: Prior experience in Airbus account management, Client Laptop Imaging processes, or similar client-specific IT operations.

-Must know Native language like Kannada
-Frequent travels to Client office or BDC6F(Recommended to have Two-wheeler)
