Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements that elevate the overall quality and efficiency of testing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test environments and data configurations to support automated testing.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing outcomes and suggest improvements to enhance test coverage and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including security testing, API testing, and regression testing.
- Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts that improve efficiency and accuracy of testing cycles.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Capability to participate effectively in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
