Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operational continuity. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to optimize performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues within the SAP FSCM environment.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining the health of critical business applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system integration points and understanding of business processes related to treasury and risk management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
