Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Azure SQL, Power BI Developer, DAX functions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation within business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in managing data integration processes and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to optimize performance of business intelligence solutions through effective query design and data source management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to business intelligence tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with version control and release management practices in software development environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
