Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive engineering services by assisting in the development of technical solutions that address complex challenges. The role includes collaborating with various teams to ensure that engineering problems are resolved effectively, contributing to the achievement of business goals. Daily activities may include working on structural and stress design tasks, participating in qualification processes, managing configuration details, and supporting technical management efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning within a dynamic engineering environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to project deliverables.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and practices related to aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles in the context of manual authoring.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical data control processes.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical information.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
