Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document software designs, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to AS/400 systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
