Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Daily activities also include utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces to customize and optimize applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation within the technology environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform).
- Strong knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Software as a Service applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in packaged application environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mendix (Platform).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
