Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex MXTest.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces to enhance system integration.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and performance.
- Strong understanding of software release management and version control processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex MXTest.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
