As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. The role requires actively engaging in the design, development, and deployment of solutions that enhance client services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve development processes.
- Engage in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
