Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications are aligned with organizational goals and performing necessary adjustments to optimize performance and usability. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the software components are integral to delivering effective and efficient applications that support business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support development and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with database design and integration within .Net Full Stack Development environments.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
