Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive coordination with various stakeholders to ensure seamless development and deployment of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Analytics, Data Governance, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and manage large datasets effectively.
- Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in cloud analytics.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
