Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting issues and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Provide timely updates on issue status to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to onboarding systems.
- Capability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
