Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and configuration details to relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and usability based on user feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess application functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Experience in designing test cases and scenarios to validate software applications effectively.
- Ability to work with various software development and testing tools to support application quality assurance.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly within the team and to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude to identify issues and recommend practical solutions during the software development lifecycle.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
