Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and adaptable software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and scalability.
- Document development processes and maintain code quality standards.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows.
- Knowledge of database systems and data storage solutions.
- Experience in automating data integration and transformation processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
