Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The day includes driving the adoption of innovative testing solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure predictive and intelligent testing approaches are embedded within the team s workflow. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals is also a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to implement continuous testing processes that improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
