Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves monitoring and managing application performance to ensure seamless operation. The role includes responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain system stability. You will engage in continuous communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support, while also documenting processes and solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and implementing improvements to support the overall application environment effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation and knowledge sharing to support team growth.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Experience in data integration and transformation processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to application support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with various data sources and formats within ETL workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Talend ETL.
