Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to address complex business challenges effectively. The engineer balances technical development with strategic thinking to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
