Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration within the development ecosystem. Your role includes executing continuous testing cycles focused on various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, while also maintaining and refining automated testing frameworks. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking issues, and providing detailed feedback to foster ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, contributing significantly to the overall quality and reliability of software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support testing processes and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor testing environments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure availability and stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks or defects.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Good understanding of API testing and security testing concepts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Neotys NeoLoad.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
