Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless development and deployment. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. The role also includes overseeing the progress of tasks, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring that the applications are built to specification while maintaining effective communication across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS, React.js.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
