Data Migration Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system. Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition.

Required Skillsets/Competencies:
1. 3+ years Experience
2. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies
3. Experience in developing Data Platforms on the Microsoft tech stack and with writing code in both SQL and Python
4. Experience in CI/CD and DevOps solutions.
5. Experience in Cloud Technologies and Platforms e.g. Azure.
6. Reporting, documentation/writing skills
7. Excellent Organizational skills
8. Experience with a wide range of IT environments, platforms, and applications
9. IT Qualification - Degree or equivalent work experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Build and maintain data platform solutions, both on-premise and in Azure
2. Responsible for the creation of clean, portable, well documented backend code
3. Work in an agile DevOps environment
4. Build unit tests and ensure code quality
5. Carry out peer code reviews and adhere to DevOps practices
6. Utilize automation, CI/CD and agile delivery methodology
7. Support the writing of functional requirement documents and specifications
8. Create quality prototypes to tight timelines
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Azure data factory
- A 15 years full time education is required.
