Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational workflows and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Data Migration.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data migration tools to ensure seamless transition of data assets.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and integration techniques in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data migration and application performance.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards relevant to cloud-based solutions.
- Skilled in optimizing data workflows and ensuring data integrity throughout migration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Data Migration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
