Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service).
- Experience with cloud storage management and data lifecycle policies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize storage solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
- Knowledge of security best practices related to cloud storage and data protection.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
