As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within project delivery, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive mindset to bring emerging ideas to fruition while collaborating across teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and goal-setting methodologies within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
