Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites, ensuring they remain current and effective for users. Collaboration with other teams to align web functionalities with overall project goals is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure web applications meet quality and performance standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and development processes.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting web applications.
- Ability to document technical designs and specifications clearly and comprehensively.
- Familiarity with content management and updating techniques for websites.
- Capability to research and integrate updated content and features into existing web platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Splunk.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
