Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, followed by contributing to the design of tailored software applications that align with those requirements. The role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the developed applications effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, there is a focus on problem-solving, refining application features, and working alongside team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the broader system landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies to enhance application development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment strategies within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in a cloud-based infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
