Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, developing application components, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to enhance team productivity and solution quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their development and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within cloud-based procurement environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective application solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle Procurement Cloud with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and scalable application solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
