- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience in software design and development using modern frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in software projects.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business processes and user interactions
Develop low-code automations leveraging Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Strong experience with low-code / no-code automation, particularly Power Automate
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, conversational design, and workflow orchestration
Experience integrating Copilot or Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
Ability to work in agile delivery environments and support rapid prototyping
Desirable Skills
Experience with RPA (e.g. Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism)
Familiarity with Microsoft AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AI Builder)
Prior experience delivering AI or automation solutions in regulated or enterprise environments
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
