Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday is dynamic, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques relevant to integration workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
