Project Role Description : Conceptualize, design and prototype innovative digital or physical products. Develop physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products. Refine product design through iterative user testing documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability.

Summary:
As a Product Designer, your day involves envisioning and crafting innovative digital or physical products from initial concepts through to detailed prototypes. You will engage in creating physical models, two-dimensional and three-dimensional representations, as well as immersive videos that bring product ideas to life. Throughout the process, you will conduct iterative user testing sessions to gather valuable feedback, which you will carefully document and apply to enhance the product's functionality and user experience. This role requires a creative and methodical approach to refining designs to meet user needs and project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies to inform product innovation.
- Assist junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on design best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka.
- Strong understanding of backend development principles and microservices architecture.
- Ability to integrate and manage APIs effectively within product ecosystems.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
