Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and best practices across multiple platforms.
- Experience in designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
