Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while also focusing on scalability and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Blockchain Technology.
- Experience with distributed ledger systems and smart contract development.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
- Familiarity with consensus algorithms and blockchain network architectures.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance blockchain-based applications.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between blockchain platforms and existing enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Blockchain Technology.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
