Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain seamless system operations. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to ensure stability and performance, often involving collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system support priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of API management and development to support seamless data exchange between systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and understanding of business process workflows.
- Competence in monitoring tools and techniques to ensure high availability and performance of integration platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
