Summary:
A Security Saviynt Engineer, is responsible for day-to-day operational support of the Saviynt IGA platform, handling incidents and service requests escalated from L1. The role focuses on platform stability, access governance operations, application onboarding support, and execution of standard IAM processes in line with defined SOPs and governance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 operational support for the Saviynt IGA platform in a 24 7 support environment
- Monitor and manage Saviynt application availability, platform health, and scheduled obs
- Handle incident and service request resolution escalated from STM L1 through ITSM tools
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes in Saviynt
- Manage access requests, approvals, and workflow execution based on defined policies
- Perform standard provisioning and de-provisioning activities for users, roles, and entitlements
- Support role administration activities including role creation, updates, and deactivation
- Support application onboarding activities including intake validation, configuration support, and coordination with application owners
- Execute smoke testing and regression testing following Saviynt releases, patches, or upgrades
- Monitor Saviynt logs, analytics, and alerts to identify issues and raise incidents proactively
- Support access certification campaigns including preparation, execution, and issue resolution
- Generate, validate, and share standard Saviynt operational and governance reports
- Execute changes and service requests in compliance with client change management standards
- Maintain operational documentation and contribute to SOPs and KB updates based on recurring issues
- Escalate complex configuration, integration, or design issues to L3 Saviynt SMEs with clear diagnostics

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IAM, IGA, or identity operations
- Hands-on experience supporting the Saviynt IGA platform in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance concepts
- Experience supporting JML processes, access requests, and approval workflows
- Exposure to Saviynt application onboarding and access model configuration
- Working knowledge of roles, entitlements, and certifications in Saviynt
- Basic understanding of connectors and integrations with target systems
- Experience reviewing Saviynt logs, analytics, and reports for operational troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ITSM tools for incident, problem, and change management
- Basic scripting or automation exposure is an added advantage

Additional Information:
- Certification required Saviynt Certified Professional / Saviynt IGA Advanced Professional
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
