Summary:
As a Technology Architect, your day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. You focus on defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. Your role requires a thoughtful approach to ensure that the architecture aligns with the overall objectives and supports future growth and adaptability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs is a key part of your daily activities, ensuring robust and efficient technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for architectural design.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective designs.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and data flow within enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
