Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
- In-depth understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience with integration of various services and APIs within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for Java-based applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
