Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements with stakeholders.
- Ability to work with software development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and iterative project management techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
