Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and API management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
